Tommyknocker Alpine Glacier Pilsner Lager

This is yet another Tommyknocker beer from yet another "build your own" six packs.  As you can see, this is similar to the other Tommyknocker beers as far as the great cartoonish labeling.  Unfortunately, if you get on their website you will see that they have actually changed their beer labels a bit.  I feel that the change was a definite downgrade.  Don't worry, this will not affect my review of this brew.

As with the other Tommyknocker beers that I have tried, I was not disappointed with this lager.  It fit the characteristics of any good lager with the added plus of a 5.1% ABV.  I could see myself drinking the Glacier all day long.........until the 5.1 kicked in.

I will continue to buy this beer if it remains just $1.00/beer at my local "build your own" sixer store.  Unfortunately, I will just have to imagine the little Tommyknocker guy climbing the ice on the label.
