Mother's Towhead American Blond‏--JT's Review

My neighbor, and drinking buddy Shawn discovered Mother's Brewing Company. What an excellent find!!! It is based out of Springfield, Missouri, and I think is less than a year old. He recently made the trip north and brought back some of their beer.

Towhead American Blonde is the first one that I tried. It is outstanding. It has a really fresh light taste, but it is full of flavor. There seems to be a low hops content, and it is just a little bitter before a really smooth finish. At 5.2% ABV, it is pretty solid for being so light.

As far as I can tell from their website, it is only sold in Springfield. I hope that it makes its way south very soon! The next time you are in that area, it is a must try.
