Imperial La Cerveza‏--JT's Review

Imperial claims to be the beer of Costa Rica. They have been brewing it there for the last 80 years. I found it in on the sampler isle at Macadoodle's in Springdale. My good friend Rod is a Corona man, and I told him that we would try to review some different Latin beers.

This was a good choice. As a rule of thumb, I like Corona, Dos Equis, SOL, and a lot of other beers from our neighbors to the South. Imperial is one of the better ones that I have had. It has that light refreshing "Mexican" beer taste, but it is a little more full flavor than a Corona.

The next time you are in the mood for a cerveza, give one of these a try!
