Belhaven Scottish Ale‏--JTs Review

One of my good friends from Eastern Arkansas put me on to Belhaven's. I'm really glad he did. This is one of the best beers I have ever had.

The Belhaven Brewery in Scotland has been brewing beer since 1719, at least. Monks settled there maybe as early as the 16th century and started brewing beer.

The Scottish Ale was as smooth as any beer I have ever had. It was a nutty and malty with just the right amount of hops in the finish. It has a nice dark brown redish color when I poured it in the glass.

Cheers to my friend Aaron Owens! The only problem is that I am now hooked on a 13 dollar a six pack beer. I'm hoping that my new friend Joe at "The Bottle" is down to give me a discount.
