Boulevard Bully Porter (JT's review)

One of my good friends who is also my neighbor and a very good beer drinker suggested that I give the Bully a try. I tend to be hit or miss with Porters. This one was a hit. It is pretty "heavy", but it is very good. I tend to like Boulevard beers, and the Bully Porter was no let down. It is a very smooth, and some what malty beer, but it goes down easy. I'm not sure that I would suggest that one buy a six pack of it until you have tried it, but in a build your own six-pack or a sampler situation it is a good fit. A couple of these to get the night started is a good way to go!
